We are thrilled to announce an opening for the role of HR Manager. We are seeking a skilled and professional individual to join our esteemed team. If you are passionate about human resources and meet the qualifications below, we encourage you to apply immediately.

Job Description:
As the HR Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of all HR functions at Joker Hotel and Suites. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

  • Managing employee relations and addressing any issues or concerns

  • Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback

  • Coordinating training and development programs

  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations

  • Managing payroll and benefits administration

  • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • At least two years of experience in a similar HR role

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Please note: This is an on-site position located at Joker Hotel and Suites in Benin, Edo State, Nigeria. It is not a remote role.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

 

Certifications:

  • Certifications in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, CIPD) are an advantage but not mandatory
